Premises disinfection
A clean surface is not necessarily a sound one: after an office epidemic, a stomach bug at the nursery or simply as prevention, disinfection reduces the microbial load where cleaning stops.
The protocol
Clean first, disinfect second — never the reverse
The golden rule: a disinfectant only works on a cleaned surface — applied on dirt, it is neutralised by it. Our visits therefore chain detergent then disinfectant, with virucidal and bactericidal products compliant with current standards, respecting their real contact times.
Contact points concentrate the effort: handles, switches, rails, lift buttons, shared phones and keyboards, taps. To treat the air and hard-to-reach surfaces, fogging diffuses the disinfectant as a fine mist — premises empty, then aired following the protocol.
Curatively, we come quickly after the event — a scabies case at a school, an epidemic in a facility, soiled premises. Preventively, regular campaigns join maintenance contracts: nurseries, practices and sports changing rooms find their cruising rhythm.
Disinfection: concrete cases
For surface disinfection, a few hours; with fogging, count the evening — application with premises empty, then controlled airing. The visit is therefore set at day's end for a normal reopening next morning.
Premises sound, not merely clean
Curative after an event or regular prevention: describe the need, the protocol follows.
