The one-off starts with a simple question: by when, and what for? Hosting with dignity, making the home presentable after loaded weeks, starting again on a sound base. The answer sizes the job — priority rooms, duration, number of operatives.
On site, the team runs an efficient circuit: kitchen and bathrooms first, living rooms next, floors last. Products and equipment are ours; your instructions — delicate surfaces, rooms not to open — are noted and followed.
With no contract or commitment, the door stays open: some clients call us back every quarter, others once a year, others never — and that is fine. When the need truly becomes weekly, we say so: another formula will serve you better.
One-off: practical questions
Often within 48 hours, sometimes the next day depending on the schedule — and the on-call line exists for genuine surprises. The more flexible the date, the easier the slot.
