The stay-over refresh serves an occupied room: bed made, bathroom brought back to clean, bins emptied, amenities topped up — ten to fifteen precise, discreet minutes while the guest visits the arena.
The full changeover prepares the room for a new arrival: linen changed, bathroom disinfected from mirror to drain, dust hunted down to headboards and skirting boards. That is what drives the cleanliness score on booking platforms.
Around the rooms, common areas make the first impression: lobby, corridors, stairs, breakfast room. We can take on the whole, or simply absorb your peaks — high season, féria weekends, events — when your own team is stretched.
