A Gard house lived in only in summer should not cost the first three days of the holidays in housework. We open, close and watch over your second home — so all you have to do is arrive.

Open, close, watch in between
The opening prepares your arrival: house aired, months of dust removed, bedding ready, bathrooms sanitised after stagnant traps, terrace swept, bad surprises — damp marks, insects, rodents — spotted and treated or reported before your suitcases land.
The closing reverses the gesture: full clean after your departure, fridge emptied and left ajar, textiles protected, shutters and water points checked against your checklist. The house winters cleanly instead of stewing in wait.
In between, periodic visits keep an eye on the place: airing, a visual check after a big storm, mail collected if wanted. For a house shut for years, our unoccupied-home page applies — that is a different subject.
Second homes: managing from afar
Under a written procedure agreed at the start: keys entrusted, a secure box on site, or handover by a trusted neighbour. Every visit is confirmed to you by message, photos included if you wish.
