The oven is stripped with controlled heat: carbonised grease softened then lifted from the walls, the floor, the glass — removed when the model allows — and the racks, set to soak. The result shows through a glass turned transparent again, with no chemical smell at the first bake.

The fridge is emptied, defrosted if needed, and disinfected shelf by shelf, seals included — their folds are where the smells live. The freezer follows the same logic, and everything is reassembled dry to prevent instant frost.
