Public building & local authority cleaning
Town hall, media library, multi-purpose hall, technical services: a public building belongs to everyone, so its upkeep must answer to everyone. We work to the specification, with the traceability to match.
The framework
A quote that reads like a specification
A municipality does not buy "some cleaning": it buys defined tasks, at defined frequencies, that can be audited. Our pricing follows that logic — room by room, task by task — and can be attached as-is to a council decision, a consultation or a purchase order.
On the ground, public buildings bring their own constraints: public opening hours, halls rented out at weekends, handovers between two associations, peaks tied to elections or events. The schedule adapts, including Sunday evenings after a hall rental.
Proximity is our argument: a Nîmes-based structure, a direct contact, and the ability to come back within the hour if a councillor flags an issue before a municipal council.
Local authorities: the administrative side
Yes, to consultations matching our size: adapted-procedure contracts, quotes on request, social and tax certificates provided. We would rather decline a contract too big than serve it poorly.
Public buildings worthy of the public
Send your specification — or let's build it together at the visit.
