Cockroach treatment
One cockroach glimpsed when the kitchen light flicks on means a colony settled behind the fridge or under the sink. Supermarket sprays scatter the problem; professional gel extinguishes it at the source.
The gel method
Extinguish the colony, not chase the scout
The inspection first locates the hotspots: heat, moisture, food — the fridge motor, under the sink, worktop joints, service ducts. That is where the bait gel goes in discreet dots: the roaches eat it, carry it to the nest, and the colony collapses in a contamination cascade.
The gel has a decisive advantage: no evacuation, no dishes to pack away, a kitchen usable the same evening. Spraying completes the setup in unreachable recesses and heavy infestations, with the usual precautions announced beforehand.
In a building, treating a single flat often shifts the problem next door: we flag it to the agent when the situation calls for it, to treat the whole column — ducts and shared rooms included. The follow-up visit confirms extinction a few weeks later.

Cockroaches: the questions asked quietly
Not necessarily: they arrive through ducts, boxes and second-hand appliances, and settle wherever they find water and warmth. Cleanliness limits their comfort, it does not immunise — the treatment does.
