These jobs share one trait: they are judged at a precise moment — the works handover, the inventory check, the buyer's viewing. So we start from the date and plan backwards, rather than the reverse; if the margin is zero, the team scales up.
Pricing is per package, after a visit or from photos for simple cases: you know the price before committing, and the scope is written room by room. Anything beyond cleaning — a clear-out, a repair — is announced and priced separately, never discovered on the invoice.
Developers, tradesmen, agencies, landlords and private owners entrust us with these milestones: the property handed over clean is often the last image kept of a worksite — and the first of a tenancy.
